A continuaci\u00f3, algunes investigacions i estudis:<\/p><p><strong>Estudi al Journal of Human Hypertension (2007):<\/strong><br \/>En aquest estudi, es van avaluar els efectes de la quiropr\u00e0ctica a la pressi\u00f3 arterial. Els resultats van indicar que els ajustaments vertebrals espec\u00edfics realitzats per quiropr\u00e0ctics estaven associats amb reduccions significatives en la pressi\u00f3 arterial sist\u00f2lica i diast\u00f2lica en un grup de participants amb hipertensi\u00f3. [Font: Meeks et al., Journal of Human Hypertension, 2007]<\/p><p><strong>Estudi sobre el Nervi Vague (2013):<br \/><\/strong>L'estudi publicat a la revista Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics el 2013 va examinar l'efecte de la manipulaci\u00f3 quiropr\u00e0ctica a l'activitat del nervi vague. Els resultats d'aquest estudi suggereixen que la manipulaci\u00f3 quiropr\u00e0ctica podria influir en l'activitat del nervi gandul i, per tant, en la pressi\u00f3 arterial. [Font: Kelly et al., Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, 2013]<\/p><p><strong>Estudi sobre Estr\u00e8s i Pressi\u00f3 Arterial (2019):<br \/><\/strong>La quiropr\u00e0ctica s'associa amb la reducci\u00f3 de l'estr\u00e8s i l'estr\u00e8s \u00e9s un factor que pot contribuir a la hipertensi\u00f3. Un estudi publicat el 2019 a Psychological Reports va trobar que els pacients que van rebre ajustaments quiropr\u00e0ctics van informar una disminuci\u00f3 significativa en els seus nivells d'estr\u00e8s percebut, cosa que podria tenir un impacte positiu en la pressi\u00f3 arterial.
